I lecture around the country about:

    Fatal attraction: Blister beetle larvae practice mass deception in the Mojave Desert,
    Insects: Ambassadors of Biodiversity,
    The History of Insect Zoos Around the World,
    Pollination Partners: The chemical attraction between plants and insects.

All my lectures are drawn from my field research and travel around to world to explore nature first hand in the rainforests of Papua New Guinea, Borneo, peninsula Malaysia, India, Madagascar, Ghana, Belize, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Trinidad, Panama and Peru, from the wetlands of the Pantanal in Brazil to the deserts of Namibia and the American southwest.

The Insect Discovery Lab

The Insect Discovery Lab is the largest and most well respected hands-on outreach program for schools on insects and biodiversity conservation in Northern California, conducting over 800 programs annually. We take live insects and other arthropods out to schools in the greater San Francisco Bay area. The Insect Discovery Lab is a program of awarding winning SaveNature.Org.
